  Initial reports into the WTS headquarters in Australia indicate that in many areas of the country those persons partaking of the emblems outnumbered observers, and in some cases amounted to the total number attending various KHs.

  When questioned on the matter, WTS spokesman Ernest Dihard, intimated that the result may have been influenced by the choice of wine selected for the evening. In some instances, congregations reported consuming between 10 and 15 cases of fine red wine.

  Revelries got so out of hand in some locations that the police were required to attend, and police media spokeswoman, Laura Norda, stated that she had not experienced such unruly behaviour since the local football team, returning after a particularly heavy loss, crossed paths with a local bikie gang out on a bucks night. Nasty stuff. She further advised participants from attending any future such functions.

  She only wished they had cheeses in their life.

  I think you will find that the kid was a glory hunter attempting and failing pitifully to win a Darwin Award. In case you do not know what a Darwin Award is, to quote its charter -

  "The Darwin Awards honor those who improve our gene pool by removing themselves from it."

  Most likely his attempt would achieve an honorable mention, but he would have to improve with any further efforts.

  i was sucked in once, while i was working at my store that i managed years ago a middle aged man in a suit bought an outfit from me.

  I guess I can be happy too. Active (if you could rightfully use that term) for fourteen years. Disciples none. Didn't even have any success with my two sons (now adult and totally opposed - am I ever proud of them).

  cheeses never was much good at that witnessing crap.

  They always reckoned I should work on my apparent bad attitude - I didn't know I had a problem and I don't know what theirs happened to be.

  Bad attitude? Me? The bastards.

  Meeting A JW Friend Today.

  i am going to visit a friend of mine who is a jw this afternoon and because she's suspicious of me, i may not get to see her for a while, if at all ( she doesn't know i'm coming).

  is there anything i can say or do to ensure another opportunity to see her?

  it will only be for a few minutes and i need to make the most of them.

  Only there for a few minutes. I would say that a good quickie would be the order of the day (though it may not be righteous sex if she doesn't know you're coming - a couple of grunts and groans might be a good indicator for her).

  Whatever the outcome, tell her you enjoyed it and would like to return to further develop the relationship.

  Remember - cheeses will forgive you.

  second time around i could go back as one of the anointed.. i failed dismally the first time as a rank-and-file-member and i put it down to the fact that i was underachieving.

  my father always said that you should set your goals high.. so, give me a chance with that heavenly hope and i'll show you what can be done to get that wts show on the straight and narrow.

  i'll even put in a good word for all the misfits here.
